All sales are final unless defective due to an error in crafting. Items defective due to artist error will be fixed or replaced at no cost for the customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Amy Rose jewelry piece, you may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or exchange your item for another item of the same or lesser value. Amy Rose, handcrafted Maine Jewelry is carfted one at a time out of fine metals. Over time your jewelry may tarnish or become scratched due to wear. You can clean all non-patina jewelry pieces with jewelry cleaner or, recommended, just polished up with a jewelry polishing cloth.
